At Shadow Keys, all our products are digital goods delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, your product key(s) will be delivered via:
- Email to the address you provided during checkout.
- On-screen display after successful payment (in your order confirmation page or account area).

Instant Delivery: In most cases, keys are delivered within a few seconds to minutes after payment.
Manual Verification: For security reasons, some orders may require manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.
If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

If you have not received your key, check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered.
Ensure you entered a correct and valid email address during checkout.
If the email is incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resend your order.

Once a key is delivered, it becomes your responsibility to:

Store it safely.
Redeem it promptly on the intended platform.
We cannot replace keys lost, stolen, or redeemed by someone else after delivery.
